Devin Lambeth, Ph.D., brings an operational perspective to research on how organizations use technology, sustain human capacity, and remain accountable.

A retired law-enforcement Captain with 22 years of public-safety experience, he leads Secure Sight US LLC. His background spans senior leadership in private security operations, corporate information technology, surveillance systems, organizational leadership, and more than $1 million in grant-writing and funded-project experience.

His current applied research examines human–AI augmentation, sustainable organizational capacity, surveillance governance, and the operational consequences of emerging technology. His preparation includes graduate business education, doctoral research, FBI-LEEDA leadership training, and the ASIS International Security and Risk Assessment Certificate.

Across these areas, his research asks a practical question: how can organizations put new capabilities to work while maintaining effective oversight and realistic demands on the people responsible for them?
